What is the ideal exercise?
Exercise is just a supplement to the ideal diet I suggest. For all those who start this new lifestyle, remember that the ideal exercise is to walk at a semi-rapid pace for 20 minutes a day, 3 times per week and nothing else.
The benefits of exercise are multiple, increases your metabolism, improves your emotional state by producing endorphins naturally decreasing anxiety and depression, decreases insulin resistance, blood pressure and if you combine it with the Mexican Metabolic Diet, decreases the obesity and overweight, it helps you to live longer and with a better quality of life and to prevent degenerative diseases.
